“You yourself, as much as anybody in the entire universe, deserve your love and affection.”
Hi there! I am Breanna (or Bre!). I hope to walk alongside you in any season of life you are in. I take a gentle approach with clients as I understand how intimidating it can be to ask for help for yourself or a loved one in your life. It is always my first goal to meet clients where they are with no judgment, so that you immediately feel welcomed and comfortable in being your truest self. I graduated from the University of Denver in Social Work with my concentration in children and adolescent development. I have worked with children ages 5+ and families involved in the legal system, voluntarily involved with DHS as well as families who sought out support on their own. For the last year and a half, I have been working with co-occurring disorders such as people with substance use and mental health diagnoses who are in the legal system, whether that is while incarcerated, on probation or parole. I am trained in EMDR and am passionate about guiding those with trauma into a season of healing and growth. Outside of EMDR, I use approaches such as CBT, DBT, and parts work within IFS. I work with a wide range of clients experiencing PTSD, substance abuse, sex addictions, mental health diagnoses, domestic violence, suicidality, behavioral struggles and much more. Please feel free to reach out and I will be happy to introduce myself and get to know what you are looking for and how I can support you!
