We move through life striving to feel happy and content, but sometimes our emotions get the best of us, bringing anxiety, fear, depression, grief, or loneliness. Together, we can explore these emotions and discover ways to manage them and shift your perspective.
I work with people dealing with anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. My approach focuses on the connection between the mind and body, helping people heal, build stronger relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. We’ll explore your emotions and body sensations in a collaborative, supportive space where you feel safe and heard.
I know from my own experience how difficult life changes can be. I strive to create a space that feels welcoming and grounded, where you can be yourself and feel supported throughout the process. I help my clients become aware of how their emotions and physical sensations affect their well-being, and I believe that by tuning into these experiences, we can discover new ways to grow, navigate challenges, and move forward.
I see therapy as your journey. I’m here to help you gain insight, discover new tools, and develop new skills. I take a direct, engaged approach and am committed to supporting your progress every step of the way.
