If you're struggling with feeling like you can no longer trust yourself, others, or the world after something you've experienced, I want you to know you're not alone. I specialize in supporting individuals, especially LGBTQ+ People of Color, recovering from trauma and difficult life circumstances. I have honed in my skills as a therapist by dedicating over a decade of my career to working with trauma survivors, which has shown me the incredible capacity we all have to heal, grow, and thrive. Through this work I've also learned the importance of understanding your unique circumstances and identities in order to make meaningful change. As a queer Latina myself, I believe in the importance of bringing an anti-oppressive lens to all of my work and creating a comfortable space for you to fully be yourself. I provide a collaborative approach that includes working with and changing thinking patterns, as well as somatic techniques, to bring relief to both body and mind. I look forward to hearing how I might be able to support you.
