Sometimes our conditioned tendencies prevent us from living the life we want to live. I believe therapy can be a laboratory, of sorts, to explore these obstacles and learn to live more in line with your desired values. I use humor, trust, and a genuine relationship so that you can cultivate the skills necessary to improve the quality of your life and gain some freedom. I work with individuals from a variety of backgrounds with issues ranging from grief and loss, shame and guilt, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, and substance use. My work is influenced by Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), experiential therapies, existential therapy, and a variety of mindfulness practices. I will work with you to help explore obstacles, and reconnect to a life of healing, vitality, and purpose.
