Healing begins with curiosity, compassion, and the willingness to explore what lies beneath the surface. I offer a grounded and collaborative space where clients can reconnect with their strengths, navigate challenges, and create lasting change.
I work with adolescents and adults facing concerns such as addiction recovery, trauma, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. My clinical experience includes work in community mental health, private practice, agency settings, and university clinical clinics. Beyond traditional training, I have pursued advanced study in mindfulness interventions and global mental health practices at Chiang Mai University in Thailand, along with immersive learning in indigenous medicine traditions in Llanchama, Peru.
My approach combines evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed interventions, and mindfulness-based techniques. It is also enriched by insights gained through studying mindfulness and spirituality across diverse cultures. This integrative foundation supports clients in building resilience, cultivating self-awareness, and moving toward greater emotional well-being.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Clinical Psychology and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Spalding University in Louisville, Kentucky. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC.0022632) in the State of Colorado, practicing under the supervision of Sujatha Reddy, LPC.
My goal is to walk beside you as you reclaim your path toward healing, growth, and deeper connection with yourself.
