I help people navigate recovery from trauma, addiction, depression, anxiety and other issues that hold them back and interfere with living a full and happy life. Whether you’re battling self-doubt, past wounds, or just feel like you're running in circles, we'll explore the experiences you're having to better understand what's holding you back. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or intimidating. I take a compassionate and curious approach towards helping my clients get to know themselves better and live self-directed lives.
I believe that people have everything they need to heal past wounds and face the problems they are experiencing in life, but that sometimes they need help accessing those inner resources. I hope to help you access those resources, work through your struggles, and find healing.
We often underestimate the power of being able to talk with someone in an affirming, compassionate, and non-judgmental way. I practice EMDR and also use approaches like Internal Family Systems, CBT, and somatic work to provide a space where you can get to know yourself better and find relief from your problems.
