I help people navigate depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, and more—because life doesn’t come with a reset button. Whether you’re battling self-doubt, past wounds, or just feel like you're running in circles, we’ll work together to break the cycle and build the life you want. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or intimidating—let’s get real, do the work, and maybe even have fun doing it.
I believe that people have everything they need to heal past wounds and face the problems they are experiencing in life, but that sometimes they need help accessing those inner resources. I hope to help you access those resources, work through the things holding you back, and find healing.
We often underestimate the power of being able to talk with someone in an affirming, compassionate, and non-judgmental way. I practice EMDR and also use approaches like Internal Family Systems, CBT, and somatic work to provide a space where you can get to know yourself better and find relief from your problems.
