Looking for a therapist you can swear around (and with)? Someone you can actually be yourself around? You came to the right person. My clients have told me I make therapy feel comfortable and they actually look forward to it. Therapy does not have to be intimidating or stuffy. I am laid-back, caring, and easy to talk to. I promise to be your biggest cheerleader and your ride-or-die so you can live according to your values and start building the life you want. I specialize in working with adults and teens experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief, dating issues, trauma, and family issues.
The most important part of therapy is trusting your therapist and feeling comfortable with them. I pride myself on having strong relationships with my clients, where they can bring their whole selves to therapy. I am trained in EMDR, IFS, psychodynamic, and somatic modalities. If this all means nothing to you, no worries! I will walk you through each step.
Starting therapy can be stressful. Taking that first step is the hardest part. I am already so proud of you for making it here! I promise to be compassionate, patient, and understanding. Once you take that leap of faith and contact me, I will do my best to make starting therapy feel less stressful and more like talking to a good friend.
