I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are tired of pretending they are fine and want to live with more confidence and clarity. You deserve support, and together we can find a path forward that feels right for you.
In our work together, you will gain more than coping skills. You will have a space that is truly yours, where you can show up as you are without needing the right words. I integrate conversation, parts work, somatic awareness, and practical tools to support deeper self understanding and lasting confidence.
You already have what you need within you. My role is to help you reconnect with it, trust it, and build a life that feels aligned and meaningful. You do not need to have everything figured out to begin. Reaching out is a powerful first step, and you deserve to be seen and heard just as you are.
