You weren’t meant to go through this part alone! No one really tells you how to ask for help when everything feels messy, confusing, or like it’s "not bad enough" to deserve the help. If you’re feeling lost in the middle of a big life change, struggling under the weight of anxiety or depression, or trying to find your way forward after a loss, you are exactly where you need to be. I work with teens, young adults, and adults who are tired of pretending they are fine. In our work together, you will get more than coping skills. You will get a space that is yours, where you won’t have to have the right words and you won’t have to explain away your feelings. You will leave therapy with a deeper understanding of yourself, the tools to handle what life throws your way, and the kind of confidence that actually feels good to live in.
I help people who are in the thick of it. Figuring out who they are. Picking up the pieces after loss. Navigating new chapters that do not come with a guidebook. I blend conversation, somatic awareness, creative approaches, and practical strategies so therapy is not just a place to vent. It is a place where real change happens! You already have what you need inside you. My role is to help you find it, trust it, and build a life around it.
