Being first generation in this country I’ve always dealt with the assimilation of my culture and the confusion of never belonging. I always felt out of place and undeserving. I never got to experience a good therapist without feeling judged for being on the “hot mess express.” I soon realized after a depressive fall that I was capable of healing and holding space and through deep thought, reflection, and ambition I decided to become that therapist I always needed and never had.
As a therapist, I offer a safe and empathetic environment for children to express their concerns. I use my understanding of child development and my life experiences to educate and guide them toward positive behavioral changes and emotional growth.
In my free time I enjoy doing arts and crafts, binge watching good series, going to the gym, spending time with my son and family, creating silly songs, reading about history, and keeping up with the stock market.
