As a therapist (and a fellow human), I deeply believe in each person’s inherent worth and their right to live a meaningful, fulfilling life. Life experiences such as betrayal, loss, or trauma can profoundly affect how we see ourselves, relate to others, and navigate the world. Much of my work centers on helping clients reconnect with themselves, cultivate a more compassionate inner relationship, and begin to heal from past wounds.

I bring over five years of experience in diverse settings, including nonprofits, schools, private practice, and employee assistance programs (EAPs). I work well with clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, major life transitions, low self-esteem, or those who grew up with emotionally immature parents. My approach is collaborative and integrative, blending compassion-focused practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your goals in a way that feels right for you.

I’m licensed as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado and a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in Ohio. Clients often describe my style as compassionate, genuine, and down-to-earth. I see myself as an imperfect human doing my best and invite my clients to show up just as they are.
