I’m passionate about helping people navigate through life transitions, challenges, relationship stressors, and trauma using elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), existentialism, family systems theory, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). This combination of modalities allows me to tailor treatment to your individual needs. I strive to provide a supportive environment centered around helping you reach your goals and grow through empathy, humor, and understanding!

I aim to cultivate a space in which you feel safe and heard, so feedback is encouraged! I utilize a person centered, integrative approach and collaborate to create a treatment plan that works best for you. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages but I especially enjoy utilizing an existential approach to treatment with early adults who are looking for guidance and processing around living life as their most authentic self.

I earned my Bachelors degree in Psychology from Florida State University and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Denver in 2022. I am in network with Medicaid, Cigna, and Kaiser insurance and my self pay rate is $150 per session.
