We all long for and deserve a space where we can feel seen and understood without judgment. Colleen's clients come to therapy for support with eating disorder recovery, anxiety, depression, or navigating the challenges of adolescence. Whether they’re seeking healing from trauma, support through life transitions, or guidance in building self-compassion, her clients' goal is to feel more connected to themselves and others. They’re ready for growth and are seeking a therapist who offers warmth, creativity, and practical tools to help them move forward.
Colleen specializes in supporting preteens, adolescents, and adults as they navigate eating disorders, trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational concerns. At the core of her work is a relational approach that emphasizes connection, creativity, and collaboration—tailoring each session to meet her clients’ unique needs.
Originally from the Philadelphia area, Colleen has lived in Rochester, NY, and Boston, MA, and now proudly calls Colorado home. Outside of her practice, she enjoys hiking, creating art, and relaxing with a good book or Netflix series alongside her two cats.
Deeply inspired by her clients, Colleen considers them her greatest teachers, continually fueling her commitment to compassionate, personalized care.
