I'm Breanna, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I'm so glad you're here. My passion is creating a safe, supportive space where you can truly heal, grow, and connect with yourself and others. Life can bring a wide range of challenges, and whether you're a child, a teen, an adult, or navigating things as a couple, I'm here to walk alongside you. We can work through anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, the complexities of church hurt, divorce or separation, big life transitions, and any communication or interpersonal struggles you might be facing. My approach is all about building a warm, collaborative relationship with you, because I truly believe that meaningful change happens when you feel completely seen, accepted, and supported. For our younger clients, I love using Synergetic Play Therapy to help children process their experiences and find regulation through connection. And for couples, I integrate principles from the Gottman Method (I'm Level 1 & 2 trained) to guide you both toward deeper understanding and lasting connection. Whether you're navigating a difficult new chapter or working to heal from wounds that have lingered for a long time, please know I'm here to offer insight, practical tools, and unwavering support every step of the way. As Mary Anne Radmacher wisely said, "Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, ‘I will try again tomorrow.’” Let's find that quiet courage together.
