I believe that when we seek vulnerability with another through counseling, we rediscover our resilience. In our work together, I will explore your unique story and experiences, helping you uncover the strengths that empower you to overcome challenges and find your voice. I specialize in working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity struggles, relationship and marital issues, faith and spiritual concerns, chronic conditions, alcohol and substance abuse, emotional health, and stress management. In our first few sessions, you can expect a safe and compassionate space where you are free to grow in awareness, insight, and understanding. My goal is to help you find meaning and hope in the current season of life, while equipping you with the tools and confidence to face future challenges.
I am currently serving as a chaplain in the Colorado Army National Guard, and have experience working with first responders, police officers, and military service members and their families. I love anything in the mountains! Camping, backpacking, skiing, hiking, driving to see the aspen leaves…anything Colorado mountain related, I make a priority. My wife and I have been married for over 25 years and we have two boys, one recent college grad and the other a current college student. We love trying new foods, going to concerts, meeting new people and walking our Spanish-speaking chocolate lab.
