My name is Jordan, and I support people from all backgrounds who are struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma in finding deep relief from familiar pain. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are, no matter how overwhelming or complex things may feel. I offer a space where you don’t have to censor your emotions or experiences. Nothing is off limits here. Clients often share that I strike a balance where they feel truly seen, while also being gently challenged to shift the patterns that hold them back. I work well with people who feel like traditional talk therapy hasn't worked or has maybe just hit its limit.
I love working with people who’ve felt like their pain has become the main story they know. Together, we’ll trace that story back to its roots, like patiently untying a tangled knot, so we can begin loosening the grip it has on your identity and relationships. From there, you can begin to reclaim the freedom to live in a way that feels more authentic to you.
I integrate IFS, EMDR, somatic therapy, and DBT to help people find lasting relief from the ache beneath the surface. Sometimes the emotions that have always felt overwhelming are rooted in pain that never got a chance to heal. We’ll do more than talk. We’ll untangle that pain at its source and help it soften, shift, and finally loosen its grip.
