Change can be challenging, but it’s worth it. My goal is to gently guide you to discover all that you are capable of. Together, we will explore the root of your situation and integrate your strengths so that you will be empowered to make the changes you want to see in your life. I will always meet you where you’re at with honesty, compassion, curiosity, and the belief that you are able to create the life you want.
While therapy will always be tailored to your unique needs, I believe that every individual is multifaceted. In order to address all areas, I utilize a somatic and neuroscience based lens, and also look at the context in which you are living in. I am here to support you during your difficult times, using a trauma-informed and non-judgmental approach.
