What you're going through matters—and how you heal matters even more.
My practice is grounded in building authentic, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships, and in cultivating an environment where each of my clients can feel understood, valued, and empowered to make the meaningful, lasting change they seek.
I believe that therapy is most effective when it's tailored to the needs, goals, and preferences of the client. For this reason, I utilize an adaptable person-centered approach that integrates evidence-based modalities—including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Strengths-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy when working with children.
In addition to collaborative treatment planning, my clients can expect open dialogue, a balanced focus on insight and action, and access to practical tools and resources throughout our time together.
I am currently accepting new clients of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—for individual, couples, and family therapy. If you feel that we may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation with me.
