I believe that what you are going through matters—and how you heal matters even more.
My practice is rooted in helping people of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—navigate the effects of anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and challenging intra/interpersonal dynamics.
I use an integrative, person-centered approach to deliver personalized therapy tailored to your unique needs, objectives, and preferences—drawing from evidence-based theories such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Play Therapy when working with children.
Throughout our work together you can expect open dialogue, collaborative goal-setting, and a balanced focus on both insight and action.
I enjoy building authentic, empathetic, and nonjudgmental therapeutic relationships—with individuals, couples, and families—and am committed to cultivating an environment where you can feel understood, valued, and empowered to make the meaningful, lasting change you seek.
