What you're going through matters and how you heal matters even more.
My practice is open to individuals and families of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—looking for support in navigating and managing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I offer integrative, person-centered therapy tailored to your needs and preferences, in an empathetic, nonjudgmental environment where you can feel understood, valued, and empowered to make the meaningful and lasting change you seek.
In addition to collaborative treatment planning, you can expect open dialogue, a balanced focus on insight and action, opportunities for skill development, and access to practical tools and resources throughout our time together.
My style is adaptable and draws from evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy, and Play Therapy when working with children.
I am currently accepting new clients for individual and family therapy. If you feel that we may be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and schedule a free phone consultation.
