Feeling anxious, burned out, or overwhelmed? Maybe you’re navigating perfectionism, relationship struggles, or a tough life transition, and it’s left you feeling disconnected or stuck in familiar patterns. You’re ready for change and want someone who does more than just listen.
My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your relationships, and live a life that feels more aligned and authentic. Clients describe me as warm, real, and direct. I’ll reflect what I notice, offer honest feedback, and help you recognize and shift patterns that may be keeping you stuck.
I offer an integral approach that combines mindfulness, somatic awareness, Gestalt therapy, nervous system regulation, and Parts Work. I’m also trained to work with developmental trauma through a somatic lens. Together, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface to help you manage stress, build emotional strength, and create more meaningful relationships.
Before becoming an intern therapist, I spent over a decade in corporate and tech startup roles. That chapter gave me firsthand insight into chronic stress, major transitions, and what happens when we disconnect from our needs for too long. Over time, those experiences clarified my desire to do more meaningful work that supports others in a deeper, more human way.
I accept select insurance and also have open spots for reduced-cost counseling. Sessions are available both online and in person at our Wheat Ridge office. If you're looking for honest, supportive therapy and a space to feel seen and understood, I’d love
to connect.
