Tricia Mettler is a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in trauma recovery and emotional well-being through a holistic, mind-body approach. She integrates EMDR, Neurofeedback, Dance Movement Therapy/Somatic Therapy, EFT tapping, breathwork, and mindfulness to help clients process trauma, regulate emotions, and restore balance. As a somatic therapist, Tricia creates a safe and supportive space where individuals can reconnect with their inner strength, harness the body’s natural healing abilities, and move toward lasting transformation.
Known for her compassion and genuine care, Tricia believes in the body’s innate ability to heal and the importance of listening to its wisdom. She draws inspiration from her own life, practicing yoga, movement, breathwork, tapping, and mindfulness to stay grounded. Above all, Tricia credits her two children as her greatest teachers, shaping her understanding of resilience, growth, and connection.
