The way I work with clients reflects what I’d want for myself if I were in the other chair. You won’t get canned responses or clinical language that feels hollow. I’m not here to act like a blank slate—I’m a human working with another human. My goal is to create a space that’s real, warm, and grounded in genuine connection.
If I see you stuck in patterns that are hurting you, I’ll call you out—with compassion, not judgment. I won’t sugarcoat things, but I also won’t leave you alone in them. My intention is always to help you pause, reflect, and maybe find a different path—one that feels more aligned with who you are and what you truly want.
My practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, with EMDR at the center of the work I do. I also integrate a variety of therapeutic interventions—including Experiential Therapy, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness practices, and Psychodynamic approaches. I don’t believe in rigid formulas—therapy should feel alive, collaborative, and tailored to what actually works for you. In addition to individual work, I have a strong passion for supporting couples. I help partners identify maladaptive patterns, improve communication, and build relationships that feel more connected, intentional, and supportive.
