Allie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults navigating eating disorders, as well as individuals processing family of origin wounds. These struggles often run deep, touching our sense of worth, identity, and belonging. My work is grounded in compassion, recognizing that feelings and experiences make sense in the context of our stories, while I also take an active role in supporting you to move toward change and self-empowerment.
My therapeutic style integrates Emotion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches. I also utilize Family Based Therapy to support adolescents and their families navigate Eating Disorder recovery. Whether untangling patterns rooted in early relationships or finding new ways to connect with yourself and others, my aim is to help you build insight, expand your emotional range, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values.
I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel safe, supported, and challenged in meaningful ways. Our focus will be both on the struggles you’ve carried and the strengths you’re ready to foster.
