You may feel stuck in patterns you can’t seem to break, or exhausted from holding it together for everyone else. Maybe your anxiety is loud, your mood feels unpredictable, or you look like you’re functioning—but inside, it feels heavy. You may even wonder if things are “bad enough” for therapy, because you’re managing, at least on the surface.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with teens, young adults, adults, and families navigating ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, relationship challenges, family conflict, parenting stress, life transitions, trauma, grief, and loss. I also support individuals experiencing anger, behavioral concerns, school issues, self-esteem struggles, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, sexual abuse, and women’s issues.
My approach balances warmth with directness. I help you make connections between past wounds and present reactions, normalize hard conversations, and gently challenge patterns that may no longer serve you. I’m especially attuned to family-of-origin dynamics and often work with high-functioning individuals who feel quietly overwhelmed beneath the surface.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I offer transparency so you always know what we’re working toward and why. You can speak freely here—without judgment and without pressure to perform.
For teens, I provide a space where they can show up without pressure to have everything figured out, and for parents, I help make sense of what may be happening underneath behaviors and emotions.
Brainspotting is a specialty of mine. It allows us to access and process trauma and emotional pain that may feel “stuck,” especially when insight alone hasn’t brought relief. I also draw on attachment-based, cognitive-behavioral (CBT), relational, mindfulness, strength-based, trauma-focused, and family systems approaches to support both deep healing and practical change.
Over time, many clients begin to feel more regulated and better able to understand their triggers. Communication becomes clearer and more confident, boundaries start to feel possible, and there is often a deeper sense of grounding in who you are. The goal is not just to survive—but to move toward a life that feels steadier, more meaningful, and more authentic.
You don’t have to do this alone. If this resonates with you, I’d be honored to connect and see if we’re a good fit.
