I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who works with adolescents, young adults, adults, and families navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, relationship issues, stress, life transitions, past family wounds, trauma, grief, and loss.

My approach to therapy is gentle, honest, and straightforward. I value transparency, so you always know what to expect in our work together. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can speak freely and feel heard. Therapy with me is collaborative—I follow your lead while offering guidance, support, or a gentle challenge when it feels helpful and beneficial.

I draw from Brainspotting, mindfulness, CBT, strength-based, and client-centered approaches to support both healing and practical change. Whether you’re looking to process difficult emotions, shift long-held patterns, or find clarity, we’ll work at your pace and in a way that feels right for you.
