I help adults who are new to therapy or are feeling stressed and overwhelmed so you can restore calm, develop healthy skills to manage anxiety, depression or grief, and focus on the things that truly matter and find some peace.
Maybe you are finding yourself overwhelmed by juggling multiple responsibilities. You feel like you are losing yourself in order to take care of everybody else around you, and are no longer doing the things you always enjoyed doing. Or maybe you are at a time in your life where things are constantly changing and you just can’t keep up. Your exhaustion stems from difficulty sleeping, trying to do everything, and not getting the results you desperately need.
In our work together, I help you get there by creating a safe judgement free space where you don’t have to filter your feelings. I’m not just here to listen, I’ll actively guide you to develop coping skills, shift old patterns, and make space for the parts of life that align with your values. Blending compassion with real-life strategies, so you’re not just talking—you’re healing, growing, and building the life you’ve been quietly hoping for.
Imagine waking up one day and the heaviness you've been carrying, whether it’s the racing thoughts of anxiety, the numbness of depression, or the ache of grief, feels lighter. You’re able to move through your day with a sense of calm and clarity. You’re sleeping better, connecting more deeply with the people around you, and feeling more present and in control. The things that once felt overwhelming no longer dictate your mood or choices. You’re starting to feel like you again—capable, grounded, and hopeful.
