To create true empowerment and lasting transformation, therapy must address more than just one aspect of who you are. You are a complex integration of cognition, emotion, embodiment, and relational identity. In our work together, my goal is always to tend to all of these parts and help bring them into cohesive alignment.
Based in Colorado and with over 30 years of field experience, I specialize in working with individuals, couples, and families. I help men struggling with narcissistic traits who are striving toward greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relational healing. I support women seeking empowerment, release from internalized oppression, and healthy navigation of a toxically patriarchal world. I guide couples through issues related to communication, intimacy, trust, and conflict using my Relational Integrative Resilience Therapy™ model—a framework that incorporates a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Imago Therapy, and the Gottman Method, along with attachment-based approaches such as the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT). I also work with teens (15+) and young adults as they explore identity, navigate relationships, and move through life transitions.
My therapeutic style is warm, direct, emotionally attuned, cognitively engaged, and behaviorally active. I draw from integrative frameworks like Internal Family Systems (IFS), Interpersonal Neurobiology (IPNB), and Compassionate Inquiry, while staying grounded in time-tested approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and behavioral interventions.
Ultimately, I aim to help you work into and through adversity—so you can access resilience, create change, and experience meaningful, lasting growth.
