Psychotherapy, for me, is rooted in the belief that each person is inherently whole. I do not view people as broken, but as having developed wise, adaptive patterns in reaction to past challenges, trauma, or distress. Together, we bring compassionate awareness to these patterns so they can shift—opening the way to greater freedom, joy, and meaningful change.
I deeply trust the resilience of the human spirit and the healing potential of a safe, compassionate therapeutic relationship. In a non-judgmental space, clients can explore vulnerability, build self-awareness, and engage in a collaborative journey of growth. This work is holistic and intuitive, honoring the mind, body, and spirit while helping clients reconnect with their strengths and inner wisdom for transformation and deep healing.
My approach honors the mind, body, and spirit. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, spirituality, and heartfulness to support reconnection with inner wisdom and strength—while offering practical tools clients can use in daily life to stay grounded, self-connected, and empowered.
Areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, life transitions, grief, and spiritual exploration. I am especially passionate about supporting women and individuals healing from sexual assault, medical or religious trauma, existential angst, immigration-related stress, emotional neglect, and intergenerational wounds.
