Hi, I’m Zamira Khan, a Licensed Professional Counselor. My goal is to help clients better understand their emotions, thoughts, and patterns of behavior so they can develop greater self-awareness and make choices that feel more aligned with who they are.
I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and work through unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors. I also believe that understanding our past experiences can help us make sense of the beliefs, emotions, and patterns we carry into the present.
My approach is warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental. I strive to empower clients by providing practical coping skills and tools to help navigate everyday stressors and life’s challenges. I believe our thoughts and attitudes can influence how we feel and respond, and that developing awareness of these patterns can create meaningful opportunities for change.
If you’re looking for a safe space to better understand yourself, explore recurring patterns, and develop tools to support your emotional well-being, I’d love to connect with you.
