Hi there! I'm Sara, a Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate (LPCC) and a Provisionally Registered Art Therapist (ATR-P). My biggest passion is helping people like you navigate life's ups and downs with a warm, open, and truly multidimensional approach to healing. I believe that your inner world is incredibly rich and unique, and I love blending holistic, client-centered care with deeper insights from transpersonal and Jungian wisdom. Think of it as weaving together compassionate conversations with practical, evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
I've had the privilege of working with people of all ages—from little ones to our wise elders—and I genuinely honor the one-of-a-kind story each person carries. For me, healing isn't about "fixing" something broken; it's about helping you remember what's already whole within you. Whether we're chatting, exploring through creative expression, or simply being mindful together, my practice offers a safe and welcoming space. It's a place where you can explore the twists and turns of your experiences with curiosity, compassion, and clarity. I'm here to gently help you untangle the knots in your internal and external worlds, guiding you toward paths that feel truly nourishing and authentic to you. With me, therapy isn't just about coping; it's an exciting journey toward finding meaning, balance, and inner alignment.
I'm particularly passionate about supporting folks navigating substance use challenges, neurodiversity, feelings of depression and anxiety, big life transitions, trauma recovery, and that incredible journey of discovering who you are. I'll be a steady presence, offering a supportive hand as you explore the tender terrain of becoming your most authentic self. Together, we'll build lasting coping strategies and mindfulness practices that foster independence, resilience, and growth.
I'm currently accepting both in-person and virtual sessions for children, families, teens, and adults.
