Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of who you are or where you're headed? You’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it out on your own. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating identity, relationships, life transitions, and the lasting effects of trauma, ADHD, anxiety, or depression. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply seen, supported, and safe to show up as your full self.
I have over five years of experience in the mental health field, including school-based therapy with teens, and specialize in helping people who feel stuck, lost, or out of alignment with themselves. Whether you're exploring your identity, healing from past experiences, or trying to manage the stress of daily life, I’ll meet you where you are - with compassion, curiosity, and care.
My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and attachment-based approaches. These tools help us make sense of patterns, shift negative self-beliefs, and create more space for connection, confidence, and calm. My therapy dog, Stevie, often joins sessions as a calming presence or part of intentional animal-assisted interventions.
I believe healing happens in relationship - especially when we feel truly accepted and understood. In my office, you’ll find cozy blankets, tea, art supplies, and a therapist who genuinely cares. You don’t have to have it all figured out to begin - just bring yourself, exactly as you are.
If you’re looking for a place to reconnect with yourself and explore what really matters, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
