You’ve been through hard things. Maybe more than you prefer to talk about. And, somewhere along the way, you learned to keep it all together. From the outside, you seem fine. But inside, you feel like you’re never quite enough. You might carry a quiet sense of shame that shows up at the worst times, even though you’ve done so much work to move forward.
A lot of the people I work with grew up in families where love was tangled up with control, chaos, or emotional neglect. They’re not trying to blame their parents, they just want to understand the patterns they were taught so they can finally break free from them. If that sounds familiar, we’ll probably get along. I’m here to help you make sense of your story and use that insight to create real change.
I especially connect with people who are ready to take ownership of their lives and do the work to create something better. Together, we’ll talk about mindset shifts, self-trust, and the tools that can actually help you feel different, starting with small and manageable, but real-life strategies.
Sometimes life dims your light. My role is to help you find it again.
I’m also the founder of Tribe Mind Body Wellness, a group practice in Colorado dedicated to helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. Even if I’m not accepting new clients, I’ve built a team of therapists I trust deeply and I’d love to help you find the right person to walk alongside you.
