You've been holding it together for so long. It's time to let someone else help carry the load.
Mood struggles don't just affect how you feel. They shape your work, your relationships, and how you show up for the people you love. You're doing your best to manage, without anyone showing you how.
Whether you're living with depression, anxiety, or bipolar disorder, or you're watching someone you love struggle, you've come to the right place.
You deserve relief. And the confidence to handle the hard days when they come.
I'm Amanda Rebel, LMFT — a Denver-based therapist with over 15 years of clinical work, specializing in bipolar disorder, depression, and anxiety. I bring both clinical expertise and lived experience to this work, so I understand it from both sides.
A steady, meaningful life isn't reserved for other people. It belongs to you too.
Together, we'll figure out what sets off your hardest stretches and build the skills, plans, and routines that create real stability over time. Along the way, you'll come to understand — and genuinely feel — that what you're living with isn't your fault, and that feeling steady more days than not is possible. And you'll start to trust yourself again.
I take an integrative approach, combining evidence-based therapies for mood and anxiety, including DBT and Interpersonal and Social Rhythm Therapy (IPSRT), with depth-oriented work like expressive arts and somatic therapy. I also specialize in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and psychedelic preparation and integration, especially for people whose depression hasn't lifted with other treatment.
For parents, the work looks similar. We'll make room for the grief, guilt, and worry that come with loving a struggling child, and build practical strategies for supporting them without losing yourself along the way. Raising a teen or young adult with a mood disorder takes a different toolkit than typical parenting advice offers — and we'll build it together.
I hold a Master's degree from the California Institute of Integral Studies with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy and a BFA from Ohio University. I'm certified in Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute, and I've been a certified yoga teacher for over 20 years.
If you're reading this, part of you hasn't given up. Reaching out today may feel like a small step, but it matters — and I'd love to hear from you.
