I believe that the client is the expert in their own life. As a counselor, I see my role like a guide. I am always kind and direct with my clients if I see a pattern or something interesting but you get to decide which path we take. Ultimately, the therapy experience is your own, and you get to choose what it looks like. I am honored to be able to support you along your journey and hear your story.
I have a passion for learning and helping others learn about themselves. Therapy is a place to explore you, any way that looks. I specialize in working with those facing anxiety, trauma, and those in the LGBTQ+ and alternative lifestyles communities. I also offer gender affirming letters/evaluations and ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP).
