Originally from California, I received my training at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
I am licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist (ATR).
I possess vast experience in clinical issues, including individuals suffering from depression,
suicidal ideation, anxiety, stress related issues, emotional disturbance, trauma, aggressive
behaviors, and ADHD symptoms.
My counseling style is client-centered where I create an environment that is safe and
non-judgmental in order to provide a space for growth and change. Striving to understand each
client’s experience I help you to gain a deeper understanding of your own experiences.
Understanding these experiences and how they affect you can bring healing and change.
Utilizing both traditional talk therapy and specializing in art therapy, I am able to provide client’s
with an expressive outlet when words are not enough. You do not need to be an artist in order
to benefit from Art Therapy! Other evidence based strategies I incorporate include
solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing.
