As a holistic, body-centered therapist, I believe your truth lives not just in your thoughts, but in your emotions, body, and lived experience. I encourage clients to tune into both their thoughts and their body’s signals to support deeper self-awareness. I specialize in working with codependency and anxious-attachment, and I’m especially passionate about supporting women who feel stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, overthinking, or self-doubt.
My approach is somatic, trauma-informed, and DBT-trained. I like to integrate techniques for emotional regulation, mindfulness, and boundary-setting, and invite clients to set a goal or walk away with a skill at the end of each session.
I offer a warm, grounded space where you can feel safe and supported in exploring who you are. If you often lose yourself in relationships or struggle to set boundaries without guilt, let's talk 🙂
