I am passionate about deconstructing the impact of our experiences, culture, and upbringing, and then moving forward in life with conscious choice. I take a whole-person perspective - the mind, emotions, behaviors, physical body, spirit, and our identities are all connected within us and also interact with the environment, the culture we live within, the relationships we participate in, and the impact of the past. We will explore it all!

Anxiety, depression, difficulty focusing, relationship challenges, grief, and even trauma responses are all natural reactions to current stressors in the environment. And therapy can help!
