I can help you see yourself and your struggles accurately, with gentleness and empathy. You can move forward in a healthy way to reach your goals and connect better with those around you.
I am a licensed professional counselor with a master’s degree in clinical mental health from Denver Seminary, a CACREP-accredited program. I help clients learn to manage anxiety, depression, grief, and life transitions. My personal approach features genuineness, warmth, and empathy to create a collaborative atmosphere. Together we’ll look at past and present challenges, self-talk, and negative thoughts to better understand how to break old patterns that are keeping you stuck. I want to help you find rest.
I use a strengths-based approach to draw on your personal strengths, addressing the areas that need more attention. We will examine how your thoughts and beliefs are impacting your emotions and actions. You will learn how to slow down and address overwhelming feelings with mindfulness and self-kindness.
