Kimberly brings a wealth of experience to her practice, helping individuals and families navigate life's complexities. She specializes in guiding clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, family conflict, and significant life transitions. While Kimberly has a strong focus on adolescents and their families, she also provides compassionate support to adults. She is dedicated to working with people from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, valuing the unique journey of each individual.
Kimberly's therapeutic style is collaborative, warm, and nonjudgmental. She utilizes evidence-based approaches, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She frequently incorporates mindfulness practices to enhance emotional awareness and build effective present-moment coping skills. Kimberly is also passionate about supporting individuals with ADHD and other forms of neurodivergence, recognizing and honoring the diverse ways people think, feel, and interact with the world.
