I work with a wide range of clients and work well with adults who are either starting therapy for the first time or have explored other approaches but feel they haven't fully uncovered the root of their challenges. I work with adults of all ages in helping them navigate trauma, attachment wounds, PTSD, depression, anxiety, relational challenges, ADHD, among other life struggles.

I enjoy deep, exploratory work to uncover the root of your challenges and growth. The primary approaches I use are IFS, AEDP, Psychodynamic and EMDR. I am continuously pursuing further training and education to enhance my skills and deepen my expertise.

The therapeutic relationship is key to meaningful therapy. I prioritize genuine connection, trust, and creating a warm and safe space for self-discovery and healing. I am a LGBTQIA+allied therapist committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space. I look forward to the opportunity to connect with you soon.
