With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I bring a compassionate, integrative approach to my work as a mental health therapist. I have served diverse populations across inpatient, in-home, outpatient, and nonprofit settings, and now focus my private practice on supporting individuals through relational difficulties, personal growth, and meaningful self-care. My clinical approach is rooted in systemic family dynamics, emphasizing how our connections impact our well-being. I specialize in helping clients—particularly women—better care for themselves through healthier habits, exercise, self-reflection, and advocacy for their needs. I am trained in CBT, DBT, and EMDR, tailoring these modalities to each person’s journey. Additionally, I integrate holistic practices such as Reiki (as a Reiki Master), auricular acupuncture (AAT-certified), and sound bowl healing to support nervous system regulation and trauma recovery. My goal is to help individuals discover their truth, improve their relationships, and live more empowered, authentic lives.
