Welcome! Are you tired of the endless cycle of dieting and overeating all the while never feeling ok in your own skin? Are you not able to wake up without feeling dread or focusing anxious thoughts that never go away? Do you want someone who can understand and also help you through those maddening feelings, patterns and thoughts?

I believe we all have a force in us that aids in psychological healing. My job is to create a space for you that will enable that light to shine on both your resilience and those difficult memories or emotions. We can work through this challenging time together.

Together we will bring compassion and acceptance to all parts of your struggle so as to increase your awareness and insight. Those qualities will then bring a willingness to take steps toward change. In our sessions you and I will build a safe place together that provides the foundation for exploring your goals and dreams.

Together we will help you to understand the eating disorder or anxiety’s role so that we can help you to integrate ways of coping that better serve you. I appreciate the strength it takes for clients to show their vulnerability and I love being able to help clients find their way towards growth.

I am trained in AEDP (Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems) and EMDR and incorporate all into my practice of experiential and somatic therapy. I have specialized in eating disorders for over 20 years.
