I specialize in relationship and attachment issues, especially our most vital relationship, the one with ourselves. I support couples and individual clients through life-transitions, nervous system regulation, communication tools, pre-marital counseling, infidelity, divorce, self-esteem, anxiety, co-dependence versus interdependence, boundaries, and addiction issues to name a few. I am PACT Level II certified and very familiar with recovery and addiction issues.
I use a holistic approach, drawing from 20 years of experience in the wellness fields of yoga, meditation, and recovery. I co-founded Global Glue Project and have studied healthy couples from around the world and have looked deeply into how relationships thrive for 15 years. I am adjunct faculty at Naropa University and have led workshops and given a number of talks on healthy relationships.
I love my work with clients and feel privileged and honored to have helped so many people learn to relate better. Relationships are a skill not a feeling. When we improve our relationships, notably the relationship to self, and see that it is possible to have reparative experiences, the positive ripple effects are vast.
