- Teletherapy/Virtual Sessions
- Colorado
As someone who has been in the field now for a number of years and having explored my own mental health journey, I approach mental health from many different points of view and approaches. The basis of my approach comes from my love for the person-centered theory, as I really do believe the relationship you make with your therapist impacts the progress you make, and bringing an unconditional positive regard, empathy and genuineness greatly helps facilitate that. I also bring in a number of different other theories, such as DBT, and recognize that no one approach fits every client. What works for one client might not work for you, and that is more than ok- we will find what best works for you. With years of experience helping clients facing anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence across the lifespan, I focus on understanding your unique story.
I believe that therapy is for everyone and everyone has phases in their life where they need help. Change is always possible, and together we will work to develop practical coping skills and emotional insight that empowers you to face challenges more confidently. There is never any judgement from me, no matter what we are working on, what you are sharing or what you are going through. Life’s challenges can make you feel isolated and alone, but you aren’t and don’t have to be. It is my passion to help and create a collaborative environment that fosters positive change.
Call or email me for a free 15-minute consultation to discuss how we can work together. It is never too late to seek change. Sessions are offered online, with flexible hours Monday- Thursday and most major insurances accepted.
