I believe healing occurs through connection. To me, therapy at its best is a collaborative and supportive relationship aimed at growth and alignment. I work with children, adolescents and adults using creative approaches to help you overcome obstacles and find joy in being your authentic self. I approach therapy with a sense of compassion and whenever possible, humor. I do my own personal work to ensure interventions are grounded in anti-oppressive and culturally responsive care.

I work from a person-centered approach, which emphasizes the individual's inherent capacity for self-healing and personal growth. I believe we all have the innate ability to heal, but sometimes need another to witness and guide us for part of our journey. I incorporate EMDR, parts work, play and expressive arts to facilitate change. I have experienced the profound healing effects of ketamine therapy and am honored to offer KAP and psychedelic integration support. My therapy dog, June, is an optional goofy and loving addition to our sessions together.
