I work with women, men, and couples who are ready to face the hard stuff — betrayal, disconnection, trauma, grief — and begin rebuilding something stronger and more authentic. My approach is honest, direct, and deeply compassionate. I believe you already have everything you need inside of you. My job is to help you access it. This work is about more than survival. It’s about rising, reinventing, evolving — stepping into the version of yourself you were always meant to be. I’m living proof that it can be done.
I’m a therapist and a mother. I’ve walked through deep pain and emerged with clarity, resilience, and purpose. I bring not just clinical training, but lived experience — the kind that shapes empathy and grounds me in the reality of how hard life can be. I’ve been trained in EMDR and specialize in trauma-informed care, including Betrayal Trauma recovery and PTSD support. I also draw from modalities like Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your healing in a way that fits you.
