I work with individuals 18 and older who face a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, life stressors, grief and loss, workplace or career struggles/transitions, issues with self-esteem, and support with boundary-setting and coping skills. In my experience, therapy works best when the therapeutic relationship is based on a foundation of mutual respect and collaboration, and builds upon your personal strengths and goals.

I draw from a variety of theories and interventions, including person-centered, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and family systems, among others. I help people gain insight into systems and environments that impact them, and make decisions in line with their values and goals. Authenticity, transparency, and humor are important parts of my therapeutic style.
