In my practice, I approach healing as a unique journey of growth and transformation. I support individuals in forming a collaborative partnership to heal core wounds, address current challenges and recover from trauma, by fostering an honest and open therapeutic relationship, one that is affirmative and rooted in compassion. I draw from a multitude of evidenced based and well researched modalities to support individuals in recovering from trauma and nervous system dysregulation.
I utilize a holistic framework, one that is supportive of the mind-body connection and incoroporates elements of EMDR, Somatic-Experiencing, ACT, mindfulness, breathwork and yoga. I view mindfulness, self-compassion, polvagal theory and attachment theory as cornerstones of effective therapy and integrate these frameworks to assist clients with recovering their most authentic selves. Together, we can find a renewed sense of authenticity, hope, awareness, and well-being.
